Torque Motorsports Exclusive (“Torque”, “we”) is a superbike dealer and importer based in Lahore, Pakistan. This policy explains what personal information we collect through torquemotorsexclusive.com and our WhatsApp business line, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Reviews. To leave a review you sign in with Google. We receive your Google display name, email address and profile photo, together with the star rating, the text you write and any photo you choose to upload. Your name, photo and review text are shown publicly on this site once approved. Your email address is never displayed.
Enquiries. When you contact us on WhatsApp, by email or by phone, we receive whatever you send us — typically your name, phone number and the details of the bike or service you are asking about.
Browsing data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested). We also use the Meta Pixel, described in section 4, which records the pages and bikes you view and whether you tap a WhatsApp button.
We do not run customer accounts, we do not process payments on this website, and we never ask for card or bank details through it.
To answer your enquiry and arrange viewings, imports, parts orders or paperwork you ask for; to publish reviews you submit; to understand which bikes attract interest; and to measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. We do not sell your personal information.
This site uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta Platforms. It sets cookies and sends Meta the pages you visit, the bikes you view and whether you tap a WhatsApp button, together with a browser identifier. Meta uses this so we can measure our ads and show relevant Torque ads on Facebook and Instagram, including bikes you have looked at. Meta may combine this with information it already holds about you under its own policy at facebook.com/privacy.
You can limit this in your browser’s cookie settings, with a content blocker, or through Meta’s ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences. Our home page also embeds public Instagram posts, and Instagram may set its own cookies when they load.
Messages sent to our WhatsApp business number may be answered by an automated assistant that uses an AI language model to reply on our behalf. To do this, your messages and our replies are stored and processed so the conversation can continue and so our staff can review it and take over at any time. Do not send payment details or copies of identity documents over WhatsApp; a member of our team will handle those in person. If you would rather speak to a person, say so and a staff member will respond.
We use a small number of service providers to run the site: Google (Firebase, for our database and sign-in, and the AI model behind our WhatsApp assistant), Cloudinary (image hosting), GitHub (website hosting), Vercel (hosting for the WhatsApp assistant) and Meta (WhatsApp Business messaging and the Pixel). Each processes data only to provide its service to us. Some of these providers operate outside Pakistan. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Published reviews stay on the site until you ask us to remove them. Enquiry and WhatsApp conversation records are kept as part of our business records for as long as reasonably needed to serve you and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Pixel data is held by Meta under its own retention rules.
You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it — including removing a review or a WhatsApp conversation. Email hello@torquemotorsexclusive.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You can withdraw from Google sign-in by revoking access in your Google account settings.
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. The effective date at the top tells you when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
