Everything on this website is for information. Listing a bike is not an offer to sell it, and nothing here forms a contract. No purchase can be completed through this site and we take no payments through it. Every sale, import order or parts order is agreed separately and directly with our staff.
Prices shown are asking prices in Pakistani rupees, are indicative only, and may change without notice. A final price is agreed only in person or in writing with a member of our team. Stock moves quickly; a bike shown as available may already be reserved or sold. Photographs and specifications are provided in good faith but may contain errors; you should inspect any bike yourself at our showroom before agreeing to buy.
Torque never requests payment through this website, by link, or from any number or account other than those confirmed to you directly by our staff. If anyone asks you to pay a deposit “to hold” a bike through a link or an unfamiliar account, do not pay — contact us first. We are not responsible for payments made to third parties impersonating us.
Bikes imported to order, and parts ordered from abroad, are governed by the individual written agreement made with you at the time. That agreement, not this page, sets the price, the deposit, the payment schedule and the delivery estimate. Timelines we quote (for example, a typical 45–50 days for an import) are estimates that depend on shipping schedules and customs processing, which are outside our control.
We deal in custom-cleared, duty-paid motorcycles with complete documentation, and we will show you the file for any bike you are considering. Unless we have agreed to handle it for you as a service, registration, transfer and any taxes due on ownership are your responsibility after purchase. Pre-owned bikes are sold as inspected and described; you should satisfy yourself as to condition before buying.
Replies to messages sent to our WhatsApp business number may be generated by an automated assistant. It is there to answer questions and arrange a visit. Its messages are not binding offers or confirmations of price, availability or delivery; only a member of our staff can confirm those.
When you post a review you confirm it reflects your own genuine experience, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it (with your name and photo) on this site and in our marketing. Reviews are moderated before publication. We may decline or remove any review that is false, offensive, unlawful, promotional or unrelated to our business. You can ask us to remove your review at any time.
The text, photographs, logos and design of this site belong to Torque or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy our photographs or descriptions to advertise a bike elsewhere without our written consent.
The site links to and embeds services we do not control, including WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and Google. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
The website is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its contents, including inaccuracies in listings. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer law, and nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The terms of any actual purchase are set by the agreement you sign with us.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from your use of the site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
